INTERNATIONAL
Beyond Our Borders
Travelling brings fresh impulses to the photographer’s eye. Sometimes our artistic mind’s eye needs to freshen up, get away from our everyday surroundings and see, really see, the verve, commotion, colors and pace of the world in a new place.
That’s how international destinations work for me as an artist, anyway. Walking the dusty streets of Haiti or Moscow, the great cities of Europe, or the rugged Galapagos Islands, rejuvenates my eye. In the sum of things, it makes me a better photographer and helps me see anew once I return home.
This is a collection of some of my favorite images from travels far away.
